Alarm monitoring and repairs
Cypress Communications will be taking over the servicing of home security systems and activation of security systems on June 1, 2009 replacing Century Communication who has been covering this part of the business since acquisition.  All servicing and activation charges will be direct bill to the resident and not through the association or Comcast.  Cypress Security Services will have a dedicated phone number,  561-683-8370  561-683-8370 for residences to call for servicing or activation of their home security system

IF YOU HAVE A GATE CLICKER LOST OR STOLEN YOU MUST NOTIFY THE GUARDHOUSE IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL PREVENT THE LOST REMOTE FROM BEING USED TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY.
