The access guards are currently located on property 24/7. In the near future, due to budget constraints, the hours will need to be cut in half and the guards will be onsite from 7am-7pm. Anyone entering the community through the visitor line will need to show a valid drivers license or they will not be allowed into the community. No exceptions. When the guards are not on duty, visitors can use the phone system at the front gate to contact a resident for access. Residents should dial a 9 to allow entrance into the community.
The security and safety committee has developed a plan to provide additional neighborhood coverage and enhance security through the following ways:
1. Community watch program will be implemented with resident volunteers. Please contact the Board through the "Contact Us" page on this website if you are interested in participating or learning more about it.
2. Patrol by the Palm Beach County Sherriff's Office. A deputy will be on site to enforce speed limits, issue tickets and patrol the neighborhood.
3. Security cameras will be reviewed by committee/board members for enforcement and follow up to any issues within the neighborhood.
