Greetings from the Thoroughbred Lakes Board of Directors,

 

First of all, we hope that everyone is safe and doing well during these difficult times.  All our lives have changed to some degree as we adjust to the effects the Coronavirus has had on our daily activities.  As we cautiously begin to step out and start regaining somewhat of a normal life we all have to continue to be aware that the virus still has a strong presence.  It is important that when you decide to venture out that you continue to maintain social distancing and wear a mask to protect yourself, as well as, the people around you. Our thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you during this pandemic. 

  

As most of you are aware, the HOA has not had the opportunity to conduct a Board of Directors meeting that would meet CDC and local requirements since February.  Therefore, we will be hosting our next Board Meeting using Zoom teleconferencing/audio conferencing on Tuesday, July 28th, 2020 at 7:00pm.  Please check your mailbox for a mailing from Soleil Property Management for the Meeting ID and Password.

 

All Residents of Thoroughbred Lakes are welcome to attend and listen in on the HOA meeting.  This is our first attempt at conducting a meeting using this format so we ask for everyone’s patience while we navigate through this and establish guidelines on how the meeting will run smoothly.  Our expectations is to cover the agenda items among the Board members, then allow for 3 minutes per attendee for questions on agenda items only.

 

We would like to wish everyone a safe summer and hope that the challenges we face going forward do not stand in the way of enjoying friends and family.
