Street Parking & Commercial Vehicles
Please be sure you and your guests abide by the following parking restrictions to avoid receiving a violation sticker or your vehicle being towed:
-Parking of Commercial Vehicles overnight is PROHIBITED.
-Parking of vehicles such as a boat or RV is prohibited without board approval. Once approved you must obtain an Overnight Parking Pass from the guard.
-No parking on the grass at any time
-No overnight street parking from the hours of 1 A.M. to 5 A.M. without an overnight parking pass.
-Street parking is designated each month. Signs are posted at both entrances. Even months, even side. Odd months, odd side.
-If there are no homes on one side of the street, parking is only permitted on the side with no homes.
-When parking on the street please make sure your vehicle is facing the flow of traffic to avoid receiving a violation.
-Do not block Mailboxes or Fire Hydrants
-If a vehicle is parked in the clubhouse parking lot overnight without a Parking Permit or on the street overnight without a Parking Permit the vehicle will be towed.
-Overnight Street Parking Permits and Clubhouse Parking Permits are available at the guardhouse. Valid for 3 Days.

BOARD MEETING NOTICE
The Board of Directors plan to meet on the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. Due to CDC and local requirements we will be hosting our Board Meetings using Zoom teleconferencing/audio conferencing until further notice. All Residents of Thoroughbred Lakes are welcome and encouraged to attend and listen in on the HOA meeting. Please check your mailbox for a mailing from Soleil Property Management for the Meeting ID and Password. You can also obtain the information in a pick up box outside the clubhouse doors.

ALL RESIDENTS MUST HAVE A BARCODE TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE RESIDENT ENTRANCE. BARCODES CAN BE OBTAINED FROM OUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY (APPOINTMENT ONLY).
PLEASE NOTIFY MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY IF A VEHICLE HAS BEEN SOLD SO THAT THE BARCODE CAN BE DEACTIVATED.
