Street Parking & Commercial Vehicles

Please be sure you and your guests abide by the following parking restrictions to avoid receiving a violation sticker or your vehicle being towed:

  • Parking of Commercial Vehicles overnight is prohibited.
  • Parking of vehicles such as a boat or RV is prohibited without a parking pass.
  • No parking on the grass at any time.
  • No overnight street parking from the hours of 1 A.M.-5 A.M.
  • Please make sure your guests are parked on the correct side of the street (even or odd address posted at both entrance gates).
  • Please do not block mailboxes, fire hydrants, or sidewalks.
  • If a vehicle is parked in the clubhouse parking lot without a pass the vehicle will be towed.

BOARD MEETING NOTICE

The Board of Directors plan to meet on the last Tuesday of each month at the Clubhouse. Meetings are at 7:00PM unless otherwise posted. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

ALL RESIDENTS MUST HAVE REMOTES TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY. THESE REMOTES CAN BE OBTAINED FROM OUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY

IF YOU HAVE A GATE CLICKER LOST OR STOLEN YOU MUST NOTIFY THE GUARDHOUSE IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL PREVENT THE LOST REMOTE FROM BEING USED TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY.
