Please be sure you and your guests abide by the following parking restrictions to avoid receiving a violation sticker or your vehicle being towed:
-Parking of Commercial Vehicles overnight is prohibited
-Parking of vehicles such as a boat or RV is prohibited without an Overnight Parking Pass. You must obtain an Overnight Parking Pass from the guard on duty or the Admin in the Clubhouse.
-No parking on the grass at any time
-No overnight street parking from the hours of 1 A.M. to 5 A.M. (the vehicle will be towed)
-Please make sure your guests are parked on the correct side of the street. Even months, even side. Odd months, odd side.Signs are posted at both entrances as a reminder.
-If there are no homes on one side of the street, parking there is permitted as long as your vehicle is facing the flow of traffic.
-When parking on the street please make sure your vehicle is facing the flow of traffic to avoid receiving a violation.
-Do not block Mailboxes or Fire Hydrants
-You may park in the Clubhouse parking lot with a Parking Permit issued by the Guard or Admin. If a vehicle is parked in the clubhouse parking lot overnight without a Parking Permit or on the street overnight without a Parking Permit the vehicle will be towed.
-Overnight Street Parking Permits and Clubhouse Parking Permits are available at the guardhouse or in the clubhouse when the Admin is onsite. Valid for 3 Days.

BOARD MEETING NOTICE
The Board of Directors plan to meet on the last Tuesday of each month at the Clubhouse. Meetings are at 7:00 PM unless otherwise posted. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

ALL RESIDENTS MUST HAVE REMOTES TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY. THESE REMOTES CAN BE OBTAINED FROM OUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY
IF YOU HAVE A GATE CLICKER LOST OR STOLEN YOU MUST NOTIFY THE GUARDHOUSE IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL PREVENT THE LOST REMOTE FROM BEING USED TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY.
