If homeowners would like to make architectural, structural, or decorative changes to their property, approval must be obtained prior.  The form for submission with instructions is on the "Community Documents" page of this website. If a homeowner is simply replacing landscaping with similar replacement, no approval is needed.  If there is any question or concern, please contact management.
