TBL Resident/Common Area Palm Tree Trimming. Beginning on Monday, February 28th (weather permitting) Landscape Manager will be trimming all Bismarckia, Coconut, Sabal, and Queen palm trees.
Sabal Palms will be trimmed to the 10 & 2 positions except in areas in which fronds are touching buildings, blocking lighting, signage. All other palms will be trimmed to what is horticulturally correct to maximize the health of the palm. Seed pods and dead fronds will be removed.
