There have been numerous complaints and safety concerns about piggy backing at the Lantana Road entrance. The Board of Directors have decided to install an additional speed bump at the Lantana Road entrance in an attempt to resolve this matter.
On Tuesday, August 16th and Wednesday, August 17th there will be periodic closures at the Lantana Road entrance, Lantana Road exit, and 441 exit due to the speed bump installation and speed bump painting. Security will be putting signage out to alert of where the closure is.

The onsite Soleil Property Management Administrative Assistant is in the clubhouse Monday and Friday from 8:00 am-12:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm to assist residents.
